- I'm concerned that domestic companies are facing disproportionate enforcement from overseas regulators.
- I'm concerned that the new rules will be used to target smaller innovators.
- I'm concerned that this change leaves customers with fewer protections than before.

- Can you walk us through what these steps actually look like in practice?
- Can you walk us through how you assess each vendor before you commit?
- Can you walk us through the checks your team runs for every project?

- There are four things we do for every partner we bring on, regardless of location.
- There are several things we do for every budget commitment we make.
- There are several things we do for every transaction we finalize.

- Can you commit to a date for delivering that framework?
- Can you commit to a date for when the team will finalize the proposal?
- Can you commit to a date for reviewing the change's impact on customers?

- I'd strongly encourage you to work together on this collaboratively.
- I'd strongly encourage you to handle this at the central level rather than leaving it to each team.
- I'd strongly encourage you to turn that report into actual policy.

- You're spot on — and I'd add that we expect the new regulations to create similar frictions.
- You're spot on — and I'd add that smaller businesses get hurt the most.
- You're spot on — and I'd add that even the regulator now admits the earlier rules went too far.
