這句其實用得很道地,可惜學生常會講成生硬的「please tell me if I forget something」。把 feel free to 這個高頻邀請語塊拆出來練,能大幅提升自然度。

指定負責人/明確誰來推動
學生常講成「we need someone to do this work」很空泛,聽不出誰負責、負責到什麼程度。native 會用 needs an owner / champion to 明確界定角色與責任範圍。
- This one needs an owner to drive the design and get the proposal written.
- This one needs an owner to coordinate with the team and keep it moving.

追進度/設定跟催時機
「we can ping the person if no progress」語序鬆散,條件與動作混在一起。native 會把「若…就跟催」講成清楚的 follow up if 條件句,更專業也更好懂。

「we found issues that prevent doing that」很直白也偏籠統。native 提擔憂時常用 my concern is that / the issue with X is 把顧慮聚焦、說得更有份量。

這裡 tabled 用得很地道,但學生多半只會說「we stopped discussing it / we put it aside」。把 table the discussion / put on hold 拆出來練,能自然收尾卡住的議題。

push X over the line 是很棒的道地說法,但學生常講成生硬的「finish it to 1.0」。把「推過終點線/收尾到某版本」的語塊固定下來,開會講進度時很好用。
